Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very kind owner who took care of us throughout our stay. He showed us a map with directions, gave us some good advice, and prepared delicious breakfasts every day (not just a croissant with coffee, but something more substantial). His hospitality was amazing.

As for the property: the location is fantastic! Just a 2-minute walk from the entrance to the Vatican Museums. Additionally, it’s very close to a metro station, bus stops, good cafés, and shops. On the ground floor of the same building, there’s a very good restaurant—perhaps not overly crowded and without pushy promoters, but frequented by locals, and the food is excellent.

The room had everything it should: air conditioning/heating, a spacious bathroom with amenities, a fridge, a safe, and a TV. The owner cleaned the room thoroughly every day.

The unit we were in was super clean and comfortable. It’s also super close to Vatican museum and a metro station which makes travelling really convenient.
On top of that, the manager was extremely welcoming and helpful.

We stayed at Maison Candia for 3 days and our experience was absolutely fantastic. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities one could need.
The hotel’s location was perfect, close to attractions which made getting around very easy. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options.
Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay.
